What to expect when you hire Lovatt Effective SystemS:
We will be:
  • competent,
  • honest,
  • punctual,
  • non-judgmental,
  • committed,
  • confidential at all times.
Steps in the process:
  1. Initial inquiry or phone call.
  2. An Initial consultation at a mutually convenient time. During this consultation we will perform a Needs Analysis of your situation and establish client objectives and goals. At anytime you may wish to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
  3. A Proposal or Agreement is provided to breakdown the costs and projected benefits for you. It outlines the estimated hours and cost of the project.
  4. Project Implementation is where we perform our services. We will do a quick review of goals and satisfaction after each session.
  5. Invoices are provided as per agreement.
  6. Maintenance plans may be beneficial to some clients. These can be visits on a bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
  7. Follow up will be done to ensure client satisfaction and answer any questions.
Cost:

We generally charge an hourly rate, but a per project rate can be arranged on the larger projects or training sessions. All sessions will be a minimum of 2 hours in length for technical training or 3 hours in length for office organizing with the exception of the initial consultation. Any purchases done on behalf of the client will not be marked up but there is a charge for the time taken to purchase them.

If you prefer to do the work yourself, we offer a consultation at a set fee.

We require an initial deposit and expect full payment at the end of each session. Payment may be done by cheque, credit card or cash. Cheques must be made out to
Lovatt Effective SystemS.
